Book a free discovery call or send me a message. We'll talk about your context, your questions, and what you're hoping to accomplish.
Based on our conversation, I'll design a customized program — whether that's a workshop series for your team, a coaching plan for you, or a keynote for your event.
I deliver training that's engaging, practical, and immediately applicable. You leave with real skills, clearer thinking, and the confidence to move forward.
I'm not here to sell you on AI. I'm here to help you think clearly about it.
You or your team might be excited, anxious, confused, or skeptical about AI. I create space for all of it — questions, honest concerns, and practical exploration.
AI works best when it enhances human judgment, creativity, and connection. I help explore with you if and how it can do that in your context.
I help teams think critically about when to use AI and when not to. I talk openly about risks and potential harm, while working with you to identify reasonable opportunities.
I've trained over 100 groups and earned a reputation for being engaging, warm, and effective — even with the most skeptical audiences.
Every program is designed around your organization's specific context, needs, and goals. No off-the-shelf slide decks here.
With a PhD and 15 years in education, I bring deep expertise in how adults learn — not just how AI works. That's the difference.
Flexible offerings designed to meet you where you are — from a single keynote to ongoing coaching.
Interactive, hands-on workshops designed for your team. I start with a context-setting meeting to understand your needs, then build training that's relevant and immediately useful. Available as 1-hour sessions, half-day workshops, or multi-session programs.
Confidential 1-on-1 coaching for leaders who want to understand AI without pressure or jargon. Individual or small group sessions offer a supported space to learn at your own pace and develop your own informed perspective.
From blank-page policy development to refining existing guidelines to implementation support. I help organizations create thoughtful AI policies that actually work in practice.
Engaging, research-informed talks on ethical AI use, relational learning, and building critical AI literacy. Available for conferences, PD days, and events across Canada (in-person) and internationally (virtual).

Since 2023, I've partnered with organizations across Canada to understand how AI is changing how we learn, work, and live — and how to decide when and if to use it.
I am not a computer scientist. I have a PhD in English and Cultural Studies, and I spent 15 years as an educational developer in post-secondary education. That means I come to this work as an educator and critical thinker who deeply understands how adults learn — and how to take complex, technical concepts and make them accessible.
My training focuses on building awareness of what AI can and can't do, developing critical judgment about when to use it (and when not to), and practicing hands-on skills that people can apply immediately.
